The sauna is part of Nature Nurture Flow, Slow & Grow
We've build our own sauna, it's located in our Wellness Garden. Our sauna is used with many activities, for example after the bootcamp and you can also book the sauna for private use (alone or with a group of friends) We also host different kinds of sauna rituals. Take a look here to see what we offer! Below you will find the events when we plan to host a sauna ritual. While you are here, you can also take a look at the photo's to get an impression what our sauna looks like. We think she's a beauty!♥❤
You can always contact us and plan a sauna ritual with a private group.
The sauna is a nude area. We do not have any swimsuit days (yet).

New Moon Sauna Ritual
New energy, time to plant your seeds!
The New Moon Sauna Ritual is an evening of wellness & relaxtation, sinking into and connecting to your body and your fellow sauna ritual participants. Your senses will be soothed by the heat, the scense and the music.
This evening contains 3 rounds:
1: a cleansing with sage & Paolo Santo + a Yoga Nidra meditation
2: an aufguß (Löyly) with different kinds of essential oils
3: a prayer to the Fire Spirit; setting your new intentions.
In between the rounds there is an open space to listen to your needs: connect, eat some snacks, drink tea, cool down, journal; Whatever feels good for you and helps you to relax.
