Huiskamer stijl, liefdevol, gezellig, ontspannen.

Deze avond zinken we weg in ontspanning & wellness terwijl we de hoge frequentie van de Leeuwenpoort-energie uitnodigen, voelen die op deze dag piekt en door ons heen laten stromen tijdens deze sauna belevenis. We gaan reinigen, doorvoelen, bevrijden & vocaal emoties uiten, mediteren, shaken, dansen & bewegen en voegen onze stemmen toe aan de beat van de drum. Dit alles terwijl we relaxen en contact maken met onszelf en elkaar in de sauna & tuin/woonkamer. De warmte, muziek, stemmen & instrumenten, geuren, kleuren, je lichaam en het gezelschap van alle mede-saunadeelnemers zullen je naar je diepte leiden en je voeden. Laat het je naar een hogere staat van zijn brengen! Want daar is deze hoge frequentie er voor: persoonlijke & spirituele groei!

Er is ruimte voor maximaal 7 deelnemers. Dus haal snel je ticket als je er bij wilt zijn!

Om deze avond voor iedereen zo toegankelijk en laagdrempelig als mogelijk te houden (lage prijs, relaxte sfeer), zijn de snacks in potluck-stijl

This evening we sink into relaxation & wellness while we invite and feel the high frequency of the Lionsgate energy that is peaking on this day and let it flow through us during this sauna experience and cleanse, feel through, liberate & vocally express emotions, meditate, shake, dance & movement and add our voices to the drum. All while we are relaxing and connecting with ourselfes and eachother in the sauna & garden/livingroom. The warmth, music, voices & instruments, scenses, colors, your body and the company of all fellow full moon sauna participants will guide you to your depth and nourish you. Let it bring you into a higher state of being! Because that's why this high frequency is here for: personal & spiritual growth!
