𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐚

Deze avond is speciaal voor de mannen, de dragers van de pilaar van licht en kracht. Zet intenties; kom mee de sauna in; verbind met elkaar; deel je diepste en daarnaast verzorg je lichaam en verbindt met je heilige masculiene energie en kracht door door meditatie en groepsafstemming op onze behoeftes. Laat deze avond je in rust, kracht en een helende beweging brengen te opzichte van je lichaam en de heilige masculiniteit.

Deze avond is geschikt voor iedere man die wil verbinden met andere mannen en houdt van wellness. Omdat de mannencirkels nieuw zijn in ons aanbod, is de prijs zo laag en is er nog weinig 'invulling' in het programma. Je betaald in principe alleen voor de sauna (sowieso 3 rondes met daarin een opgieting) en de rest van de invulling dragen we samen en is open voor ontstaan en samen creëren aan de hand van onze behoeftes. Ik ben hierbij je gastheer die de thee en ruimte verzorgt, spaceholder en saunameester.

Omdat de prijs zo laag is, zijn de snacks 𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻, deze moet je zelf van huis meenemen zodat er een fijne potluck ontstaat. Achteraf vragen we nog een donatie waarin je mag geven wat je het waard vindt én wat past binnen jouw financiële toestand.

- Opgieting (sauna ritueel)

- iets wat je wilt toevoegen aan de cirkel, bijvoorbeeld een power object of een activiteit.

This evening is for the men, the bearers of the wand of light and power. Set intentions; come join us in the sauna; connect with each other; share your deepest and also take care of your body and connect with your sacred masculine energy and power through meditation and group attunement to our needs. Let this evening bring you rest, strength and a healing movement towards your body and sacred masculinity.

This evening is suitable for every man who wants to connect with other men and loves wellness. Because the men's circles are new to our offering, the price is so low and there is little 'filled in' in the program. In fact, you only pay for the sauna (three rounds including an infusion (Sauna Ritual)) and the rest of the content is shared by us all and is open for flow and co-creation based on our needs. I am your host who provides the tea and space, space holder and sauna master

Because the price is so low, the snacks are 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱, you have to bring them from home so that we can have a nice potluck. Afterwards we ask for a donation in which you can give what you think it is worth and what suits your financial situation.
