Adem met ons mee, in de sauna! Deze middag zullen we diep in onszelf duiken met 𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘬 onder het genot (maar ook een wijze leermeester!) van de warmte van de 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘯𝘢.

Onder de begeleiding van (gecertificeerd breathwork facilitator) Helena Igel zal je in 3 𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘴 door een transformerend proces gaan. Iedere ronde duurt +/- 15 minuten en heeft haar eigen thema. Ontvangen, loslaten, vrede & expansie! Na iedere ronde is er een korte afkoelronde waarin introspectie plaatsvindt: blijf verbonden met jezelf, met je proces, met je adem.

Bodil & Jeremy Vlaar zullen tijdens de gehele middag spaceholden en je veiligheid waarborgen. Daarnaast zullen ze je tijdens de laatste ronde voorzien van een heerlijke opgieting.

Laat de warmte, kleuren, geuren, muziek en jouw ademhaling je door een transformerende reis stromen, dat je naderhand vrede en ruimte in jezelf mag ervaren. Verankerd in je lichaam!

Dit zal de eerste Transformational Sauna Belevenis zijn en daarom is de eindtijd (al helemaal) een indicatie en geen vast gegeven! Kan korter of langer duren🙏🏼

Breathe with us in the sauna! This afternoon we will dive deep into ourselves with 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 while enjoying (but also a wise teacher!) the warmth of the 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘯𝘢.

Under the guidance of (certified breathwork facilitator) Helena Igel you will go through a transformative process in 3 rounds. Each round lasts +/- 15 minutes and has its own theme. Receiving, letting go, peace & expansion! After each round there is a short cool-down round during which introspection takes place: stay connected to yourself, to your process, to your breath.

Bodil & Jeremy Vlaar will hold space throughout the afternoon and guard your safety. In addition, they will provide you with a pleasurable sauna ritual (aufguß) during the last round.

Let the warmth, colors, scents, music and your breathing flow you through a transformational journey, so that you may experience peace and space within yourself afterwards. Ankered inside your body!

This will be the first Transformational Sauna Ritual that we will host and therefor the ending time is only an indication. It could end earlier or later🙏🏼
