Transformational Sauna

Breathe with us in the sauna! This afternoon we will dive deep into ourselves with 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 while enjoying (but also a wise teacher!) the warmth of the 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘯𝘢.

Under the guidance of (certified breathwork facilitator) Helena Igel you will go through a transformative process in 3 rounds. Each round lasts +/- 15 minutes and has its own theme. Receiving, letting go, peace & expansion! After each round there is a short cool-down round during which introspection takes place: stay connected to yourself, to your process, to your breath.

Bodil & Jeremy Vlaar will hold space throughout the afternoon and guard your safety. In addition, they will provide you with a pleasurable sauna ritual (aufguß) during the last round.

Let the warmth, colors, scents, music and your breathing flow you through a transformational journey, so that you may experience peace and space within yourself afterwards.

This will be the first Transformational Sauna Ritual that we will host and therefor the ending time is only an indication. It could end earlier or later🙏🏼
