💪Bootcamp training saturday 22-4-2023 11:00🏋🏽️🤸️
What's on the menu for this morning?!:
We meet at our location: Beslotenveenseweg 4 9749TL Noordlaren.
This one is for the people who like to gain some muscle condition 💪🏼🏋🏻♂️ After a nice warming up we're going to do a fun circuit training here on the property. We will prepare all sorts of exercises: from weightlifting and HIIT exercises to some outdoor activities like archery!🏹🌳 And we will finish this training with exercises for your abs, followed by a relaxing coolingdown.
You will improve your strenght and strenght endurance aaaaaand have alot of fun!
Check out our other events to see if the sauna is an option for after this training! You can reserve a spot then :)
𝕀𝕟 𝕤𝕙𝕠𝕣𝕥:
- A warming-up.
- Circuit training with weightlifting, HIIT and outdoor exercises!
- Abdominal exercises.
- Coolingdown.
- Optional: chill in the sauna afterwards (check if there is an event published fot it, or inquire with us).
*ℙ𝕝𝕒𝕟 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕨𝕙𝕖𝕟 𝕚𝕥 𝕣𝕒𝕚𝕟𝕤🌧️:
We will replace the outdoor exercises with exercises that can be done in the shed, to keep us warm and dry.
𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕥𝕠 𝕓𝕣𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕨𝕖𝕒𝕣🧣🧤🎽:
- Comfortable warm clothing (several layers are useful) & gym/running shoes that are allowed get dirty.
- Water bottle.
- Yoga mat.
- If you want, you can bring a towel for afterwards and possibly a spare set of clothes in case you get dirty.
