🌀 It will be a weekend full of elements, full of connection, me-time, getting back to (your) nature, your roots, back into your body, all reborn and nurtured! 🌀
Crawl over Mother Earth into her Womb and connect with All That Is. You will sink through your ego, into Oneness and come out reborn.
Connect deep with your body, yourself, dive fully into the Now with your Breath & the Cold as your guides. Your breath will open up blockages en release trauma's.
The combination of this 🔥 Fire & Ice❄️ and all the activities it contains will both bring forth healing on deeper layers of your Being.
Plus, You will get nurtured by healthy & tasty food prepared with so much love!
